From Csátalja, the route leads toward Gara and Bácsborsód across the gently undulating terrain of the Homokhát Sand Ridge. Several thermal and medicinal baths nearby — such as those in Dávod-Püspökpuszta and Nagybaracska — offer excellent opportunities for recovery. Gara is worth a longer stop thanks to its many small attractions, while in Bácsborsód the sepulchral chapel of the Latinovits family is a notable site. The stage ends in Bácsalmás.
